Do not use the service to

Break the law, facilitate crime, evade sanctions, or violate another person's rights.
Create or distribute malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, deceptive impersonation, or systems intended for unauthorised access.
Exploit, sexualise, groom, or endanger children, or create sexual content involving minors.
Publish unlawful intimate imagery, credible threats, targeted harassment, or content that promotes violence against protected groups.
Infringe privacy, copyright, trademark, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
Collect sensitive data without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards, or process payment-card, health, biometric, or government-identifier data through unsupported features.
Interfere with, probe, overload, reverse engineer, bypass limits, or resell the service without permission.
Misrepresent AI output as professionally verified or use it for automated high-impact decisions without legally required review and safeguards.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit generation or publishing, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary. We consider context, severity, recurrence, and risk. Contact vilgot@moeschlin.com to report abuse or appeal an enforcement decision.
